  1. 2 lg eggs.

  2. 3 lg egg whites.

  3. 1/2 onion, chopped, divided.

  4. 1/2 cup chopped tomato, divided. salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. 1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce, divided.

  7. 1 tbsp fat-free milk

  1. In bowl, beat eggs, egg whites, w/ milk, salt and pepper. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray. Heat over medium heat, pour egg mix into skillet. Cook until bottom is set, flip over. Sprinkle 1/2 the chopped tomato. onions and BBQ sauce down center of omelet. Fold omelet to cover ingredients. Place on plate. Top w/ remaining onions, tomatoes and BBQ sauce.
