  1. 4 Chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and patted dry

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Buttermilk

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Parmesan cheese

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dry bread crumbs

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Rosemary

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Thyme

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Onion powder

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  1. Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow disk combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk. In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.
