  1. 3/4 lbs Scallops

  2. 2 slices slab Bacon

  3. 1 small diced Onions

  4. 2 Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1" cubes

  5. 1/2 tsp Flour

  6. 4 cups Heavy Cream

  7. 1 tbsp Red Pepper, diced

  1. Dice bacon. In medium saucepan cook bacon on low heat until bacon is crisp.

  2. Add onion. Cook for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and flour cook for 2 more minutes, Slowly add heavy cream and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Add scallops and red pepper. Simmer 5 - 8 minutes or until scallops are firm.

  4. *For best results use freshingredients.
