  1. Ambrosia Waldorf Salad

  2. 2 cups cranberry halves, fresh or frozen

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 3 cups miniature marshmallows

  5. 2 cups apples, unpeeled and diced

  6. 1 cup seedless green grape halves

  7. 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained

  8. 3/4 cup black walnuts

  9. 4 cups nondairy whipped topping

  10. 1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked

  11. Combine cranberries and sugar in medium bowl. In a large bowl,

  12. combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples. Add

  13. cranberry mixture and Black Walnuts; mix well. Fold in whipped

  14. cream. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with coconut before serving. Makes

  15. 12-14 servings.
