  2. SAUTEED SPINACH AND RED PEPPERS

  8. 2 md Red bell peppers

  9. 2 ea Garlic cloves, sliced

  10. 1 pn Crushed red pepper flakes

  11. 8 c Steamed rinsed spinach

  12. 1/4 ts Salt

  13. Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry

  14. spinach.

  15. 1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell pepers,

  16. garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook stirring frequently

  17. for 3-4 minutes.

  18. 2. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the

  19. leaves to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Increase

  20. heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3

  21. minutes or until vegetables are tender.
