  1. 2 cups elbow macaroni , uncooked

  2. 12 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)

  3. 1/3 cup milk

  4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Cook Pasta according to directions on box then drain well.

  2. Return pasta to pot and add cheese, milk and pepper. Stir constantly over low heat until cheese is melted.
