  1. 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

  2. 3/4 cup sugar

  3. 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

  4. 1 1/4 ground cinnamon

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 2 prepared

  10. 8 inch pastry shells

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar, add the pumpkin puree and spices. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add salt. Beat until creamy. Pour the batter evenly between the two pastry shells.

  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool then top with whip cream.
