  1. 4 chicken breast fillets

  2. 225ml extra virgin olive oil

  3. 1 lemon, juiced

  4. 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. freshly ground black pepper

  7. 1/2 tsp paprika

  2. Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast. This will allow the marinade to soak in. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika for about 30 seconds. Place chicken in a large bowl, and pour marinade over. Using your hands, work marinade into chicken. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
