  8. 1 c. sunflower seed s

  9. 1 c. coconut

  10. 1/2 c. millet

  11. 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds

  12. 1/4 c. flax seeds

  13. 1/4 c. sesame seed s

  1. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread ½ mixture on a cookie sheet with a deep edge. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden brown. Stir mixture every 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining half of mixture. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
