  2. · 2 tbsp. butter

  3. · 2 tbsp. flour

  4. · 1 cup scalded cream

  5. · 1 tsp. chopped green onion (scallion) or onion

  6. · 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. · 1/8 tsp. white pepper

  8. · 1 tsp. chopped parsley

  10. Cooking Procedures :

  11. 1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add in flour and stir until thoroughly blended.

  12. 2. Add cream, scallions, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir over low heat until the  sauce is very thick.
