  1. 1 8-ounce can tomatoes, drained and cut up

  2. 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce

  3. 1 2 1/4-ounce can chopped ripe olives, drained

  4. 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  5. 1 4-ounce can chopped green chilies

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  7. 3 Tbsp. olive oil

  8. 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Cover and marinate overnight. Serve with scoop-shaped tortilla chips.
