  1. 1 ea Jelly roll, yellow cake,

  2. Or lady's fingers

  3. 1 Carton of whipping cream

  4. 1 Box raspberry Jell-O

  5. 1 Package frozen raspberries

  6. Chopped pecans

  7. 1 Package Bird's English

  8. Custard powder

  9. Or vanilla pudding

  1. + Line a glass dessert bowl with sliced jelly roll, in the bottom and up the sides.

  2. Thaw frozen raspberries and pour over the jelly roll.

  3. Make Jell-O as per directions on the box.

  4. Pour over the raspberries in the bowl and put in the refrigerator to set.

  5. Make custard or vanilla pudding according to directions on box.

  6. Pour over Jell-O that is now set.

  7. Whip the whipping cream until stiff and put on top of the custard filling.

  8. Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans.

  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  10. NOTE: If you use cake or lady's fingers, you need to spread them with a raspberry jam before putting in the bowl.
