    1. 1st Layer

    2. 2 Lemon Jell-O - prepared

    3. 2 Green food coloring - few drops

    4. 1 Crushed pineapple, in own juice - drained

    5. 2nd Layer

    6. 1 Packag lite cream cheese - softened

    7. 1 Lite dream whip* - make with Milk

    8. 3rd Layer

    9. 1 cup 237ml Pineapple juice - unsweetened

    10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

    11. 2 Egg yolks

    12. 16 Equal sweetener

    1. Recipe Instructions *May use 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip. Mix Jell-O, food coloring, and drained pineapple. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until firm. Blend the cream cheese and Dream Whip together. Spread over chilled Jell-O layer. Chill. Cook third layer ingredients until thick; then cool. Drop by spoonfuls over second layer and spread carefully. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
