  1. 1 c. flour, unsifted

  2. 1 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1 tsp. sugar or 1/4 tsp. salt

  4. About 1/2 c. water

  1. Mix all ingredients. Divide in four parts. Let rest 15 minutes. Pat to 1/4″ thick. Fry in about 1″ of fat.
