  2. 12 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled

  3. 1 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese

  4. cup(s) chopped onion

  5. 2 cup(s) half and half cream

  6. 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper

  8. 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne red pepper

  9. 4 eggs

  1. sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion inot the pastry.

  2. Beat the eggs slightly and beat in all remaining ingredients. Then pour the mixture into the pastry.

  3. Cook in 425 oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 and cook about 30 minutes till done. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
