  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - chopped fine (small)

  2. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - diced

  3. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Green pepper - diced

  4. Cooking oil

  5. 1 cup 237ml Water

  6. 1 Red salmon - do not drain

  7. 3 Potatoes - chopped (small)

  8. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  9. 1 cup 237ml Cream

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  1. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in oil. Add with potatoes and 1 cup water and cook until potatoes are tender. Remove all skin and bones from salmon and add along with juice to 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream. Let simmer 1 hour and add 2 tablespoons butter.

  2. Continue to simmer, do not boil, until ready to serve.

  3. Sprinkle with paprika for added color.
