  1. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  2. 1/2 cup each red, green, and yellow bell pepper strips

  3. 1/2 cup sliced red onion

  4. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  5. 1 (12.7-ounce) package BUITONI Italian Herbs and Cheese Focaccia Bread Mix

  6. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers, onion, and sugar. Cook, stirring frequently, for 8 to 10 minutes or until bell peppers are very tender and onion is golden.

  3. Prepare focaccia dough according to steps 1 and 2 of package directions, stirring in topping with flour and yeast.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes. Spoon vegetable mixture evenly over focaccia; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for additional 4 to 10 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool in pan on wire rack for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
