  1. 2 oz. Pisco

  2. 1 oz.gum syrup (simple sugar syrup)

  3. 1 oz. of lemon or lime juice

  4. 1/2 egg white

  5. ice

  6. angostura bitters

  1. Measure out the first four ingredients and put them in a shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a glass and top with a few drops of bitters (the egg white should make it foamy).
