  1. 2/3 cup 97g / 3.4oz Chopped peeled mango

  2. 2/3 cup 157ml Low-salt chicken broth

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Fresh lime juice

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Grated peeled gingerroot

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Minced seeded serrano chile

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a blender, and process until smooth.

  2. Yield: 1 cup
