  1. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Toasted almond slivers

  2. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Sambal

  3. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Cilantro leaves

  4. 1/4 cup 10g / 0.4oz Thai basil leaves

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fish sauce

  6. Juice of 2 limes

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Peanut oil

  9. Salt - to taste

  10. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  11. Water - to thin

  1. In a food processor, puree all. May need to add a little water to make puree smooth. Check for seasoning.
