  1. 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli

  2. 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded

  3. 1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked; cut-up

  4. 2/3 c Onion; chopped

  5. 1 1/3 c Milk

  6. 3 Eggs

  7. 3/4 c Bisquick

  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 1/4 ts Pepper

  10. 1 1/2 qt Round

  11. 1 qt. square casser Heat oven to

  12. 400. Grease pie plate,

  13. 10x1 1/2". Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli,

  14. 1 1/3 c. of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper

  15. 15 seconds in blender on high speed,

  16. 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake

  17. 30-35 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake

  18. 1-2 min. longer or just til cheese is melted. Cool

  19. 5 min. FOR 1/2 RECIPE: Use

  20. 1 qt square or round casserole. Decrease eggs to

  21. 2 and baking mix to

  22. 1/2 c. Divide remaining ingred. amts. in half. Decrease beat time to

  23. 10 sec. in blender and 30 sec. with whisk or hand beater. HIGH ALT: bake

  24. 35-45 min. For 1/2 recipe use
