  1. Kebab Sauce

  2. Yield: 5 Servings

  3. 1 large onion, minced

  4. 1 cm slice ginger, pounded

  5. 5 stalks fresh mint, pounded

  6. 1 fresh green chilli, pounded

  7. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  8. salt to taste

  9. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, or place in a food processor and blend into a sauce. Store in the refrigerator until needed and serve with Kebabs. For hotter sauce, add up to 4 chillies.
