  2. 4 tablespoons soy

  1. Wrap tofu in a paper towel or cheese cloth. Place in a colander with something heavy on top like a couple of canned goods. Leave draining over night. The next day cut tofu into slices. The thickness is up to you. Put slices in a zip lock bag. Add soy sauce. Freeze slices over night. The next day defrost the tofu and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes or until brown around the edges. Use the slices any way you'd like. Cut into cubes and use in a stir-fry or batter and deep fry slices for a chicken fried tofu. Make this recipe in bulk and store slices in the freezer.
