  1. 2 cups mangoes (about 1 large) or 2 cups papayas , peeled and coarsely chopped (about 1 large)

  2. 1 1/2 cups kiwi fruits , peeled and coarsely chopped (about 3 kiwi)

  3. 3/4 cup fresh corn kernels (about 1 ear, I have used frozen corn)

  4. 1/2 cup red onion , chopped

  5. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , minced

  6. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  7. 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
