  1. 5889 g pork baby back ribs

  2. Sauce:

  3. 812 g can tomato sauce

  4. 2 cups white vinegar

  5. 280 g canned pineapple tidbits

  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  7. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  8. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

  9. 2 tbsp. soy sauce

  10. 2 tbsp. honey

  11. 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 tsp. dried onion

  13. 1 tsp. garlic salt

  14. 1/2 tsp. chili powder

  15. 2 tbsp. cornstarch

  16. 2 tbsp. water

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Cover with foil and bake until tender, about 1 hour. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Pour off fat from roasting pan. Brush ribs with sauce and bake 15 minutes, basting frequently. Turn ribs over, brush with sauce and bake 30 minutes, basting frequently.

  2. For sauce:

  3. Stir together tomato sauce, vinegar, pineapple, sugars, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, worcestershire, dried onion, garlic salt and chili powder in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir together cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
