  3. 6 oz Tomato paste

  4. 1 c Chopped onions --

  5. 2 medium oni

  6. 2 Bell peppers -- diced

  7. 2 Garlic cloves -- minced

  8. 1 tb Chili powder

  9. 1 t Ground cumin

  10. 1/2 ts Dried oregano -- crushed

  1. Preparation Time: 12:01. Trim the beef of all visible fat. Cut into 1/2inch cubes.

  2. Place meat in crockpot and stir in tomatopaste to completely coat meat. Add the remainingingredients and stir to blend. DO NOT add anyadditional liquid.

  3. Cover and cook for 12 hours on LOW heat. Whendone, you can skim the fat from surface and discard.
