  3. 1 cup 237ml Beer

  4. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz All-purpose flour

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking powder

  6. 4 Ex-large onions - slice to-

  7. 1/2 inch Thick Kosher salt - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix together eggs -- milk -- and beer in a bowl. In each of two bowls -- mix 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Heat oil to 350-400. Dip onion rings into egg mixture -- then into dry mixture. Redip into egg mixture and dredge in second dry mixture. Add rings to oil in small batches. Cook about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to drain on paper towels Salt to taste.
