  1. 1/2 pounds Pork, cubed

  2. pounds Beef, cubed

  3. pounds Sharp Cheddar, grated

  4. pounds Noodles, cooked & drained

  5. 1 can Cream of mushroom soup

  6. 1 can Cream of chicken soup

  7. cup Water

  8. Green pepper, chopped

  9. can Pimento (small can) drained

  10. 1 tablespoon Oleo

  1. Brown meat using oleo. Remove meat from skillet and scrape skillet with ½ cup water, add water to other ingredient and mix. Add mixture to a pyrex dish and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

  2. Reduce heat heat to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 1 hour.

  3. Top with crushed potato chips.
