  1. Apple Pie Cake

  2. 20-ounce can apple pie filling

  3. 2 cups flour

  4. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  5. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 2 teaspoons baking soda

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon ground

  10. 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon clove ground

  13. 1 cup walnut chopped

  14. 350 F. Generously grease and lightly flour a 9- or 10-inch fluted tube pan. In a large mixer bowl at low speed beat

  15. pie filling, flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon,

  16. nutmeg, salt and cloves for 30 seconds. At medium speed beat for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center

  17. comes out clean. Cool upright in pan on a wire rack for 2 hours

  18. or until completely cooled. Remove from pan and serve.
