  5. 1/2 lb Bulk sausage

  6. 1/4 c Chopped onions

  7. 1/2 c Milk

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1/2 c Mayonnaise

  10. 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

  11. 4 Eggs

  12. 1/4 ts Salt

  13. 2 c Flour

  14. 2 1/4 c Milk

  15. 1/4 c Melted butter

  17. In a skillet, brown sausage with onion and drain. In large

  18. bowl, combine remaining ingredients with sausage.

  19. Line greased muffin tin with crepes. Fill 3/4 full with

  20. 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  21. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 additional minutes or until set. Fills 12-14 crepes.

  22. Crepe batter ingredients:

  23. Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend for one

  24. minute. Scrape down sides and blend another 15 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate batter 1 hour or longer. Cook

  25. crepe until bottom is browned. Then carefully turn with

  26. spatula. Brown other side for a few seconds. Remove from

  27. pan with spatula; stack on plate or tray.

  28. Freeze in muffin tins, then remove and store in plastic

  29. bags. Makes 32-36 crepes.JM.
