  1. 1 lb button mushroom

  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  4. fresh ground black pepper

  1. wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).

  2. heat olive oil in a non stick sautee pan.

  3. add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.

  4. once mushrooms have browned nicely, season with salt and pepper and serve.
