  1. 1/3 cup 78ml Seasoning or flavoring your kids love

  2. (ketchup, barbecue sauce, soy, or Steak sauce)

  3. Salt - to taste

  4. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut 1/2" cubes or Very thin strips

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Unsalted butter

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dried bread crumbs

  1. Transfer the seasoning or flavoring of choice in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for as long as possible.

  2. Heat the butter in a medium skillet, over medium-high heat. Dip the chicken in bread crumbs and saute slowly on all sides until cooked through.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
