  1. 1 lb all beef (high quality) weiners or knockwurst

  2. 1 can Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup

  3. 1 tsp dry powdered mustard

  4. 1 stick butter

  5. 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  6. 1 cup All Purpose flour

  7. 1 dash black pepper to taste

  8. 3/4 lb american process cheese

  9. 1/4 tsp Paprika

  10. 1. Grind weiners (coarse grind) or run thru food processor 2. Melt butter, and add flour and spices

  11. 3. Stir constantly over low heat til light roux.

  12. 4. Add can of soup and cook over low heat til bubbly hot

  13. 5. Remove from heat and add cheese (grated) and stir to blend into roux

  14. 6. Add ground weiners and blend into roux

  15. 7. Fill into one dozen hot dog buns and wrap in wax paper

  16. 8. Can be frozen (outer wrap in foil) or stored in refg for 1 week.

  17. 9. Heat in 300 F oven for 20-30 minutes and serve.
