  1. 4 Blocks Semi-Sweet chocolate squares (chopped thin)

  2. 2 Sticks oleo

  3. 1 cup cake flour

  4. 1 3/4 cups sugar

  5. 4 eggs

  6. 1 Teaspoon vanilla

  7. 2 Cups pecans

  1. In sauce pan melt chocolate and butter over very low heat.

  2. In mixing bowl mix flour and sugar with spoon.

  3. Add beaten eggs to flour and sugar mixture. Stir as little as possible to blend.

  4. Add melted chocolate and butter mixture to flour mixture.

  5. Add vanilla and pecans.

  6. Fill cups 2/3 full and place on cookie sheet or muffin pans.

  7. Bake preheated oven 325 for 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
