  2. 1 c Light cream

  3. 1/3c Grated parmesan cheese

  4. 1/8t Pepper

  5. -Pinch ground nutmeg

  1. + In medium saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter.

  2. Add cream; cover and simmer 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in cheese, pepper and nutmeg.

  4. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
