  1. 3 chicken breasts -- skinned

  2. 1 Teaspoon salt

  3. 1 Dash pepper

  4. 1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes

  5. 1 green pepper -- seeded

  6. 1 Clove garlic -- minced

  7. 1 Can whole tomatoes (15 oz)

  8. 1 Can sliced mushrooms (4 oz)

  9. 2 teaspoons tomato paste

  10. 1 bay leaf

  11. 1/4 teaspoon thyme

  12. 2 tablespoons pimiento -- minced

  1. Preparation : Halve chicken breasts. Chop pepper. Wash well, and pat dry. Combine ingredients in Crockpot. Add chicken pieces, pushing downinto liquid to thoroughly moisten and coat. Cover and cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
