  1. 8 (about 1 kg )lamb chump chops, trimmed

  2. 2 oranges, juiced

  3. 2 tbs wholegrain mustard (Master Foods brand)

  4. 2 tsp ground cumin

  5. Salt & ground black pepper, to taste Vegetable or canola oil, for greasing

  6. 1 pkt (5) Egyptian style pita white bread (Tip Top brand)

  7. 1 medium container tabouli (from salad bar)

  1. Place the lamb chops into a large shallow glass or ceramic dish. Whisk the orange juice, mustard and cumin in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the lamb chops and turn the chops to coat well. Cover and place in the fridge for 15 minutes (or longer if time permits) to marinate.

  2. Brush a barbecue grill with oil to grease. Preheat on medium and cook the lamb chops, basting occasionally with marinade, for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Set aside and keep warm. Heat the pita bread on the barbecue grill for 1-2 minutes on each side (see microwave tip). Serve the lamb chops with warm pita bread and tabouli
