  1. 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 1/4 cup cocoa

  3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  4. 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules

  5. 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk -- plus

  6. 2 tablespoons evaporated skim milk

  7. 2 teaspoons margarine

  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  9. 4 cups fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

  1. Preparation : Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and instant coffee in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla; keep stirring until margarine is melted. To serve, scoop 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into individual serving bowls, and top evenly with hot fudge sauce. Preparation and heating time: 10 minutes
