  1. 1 pound pork loin -- boneless

  2. vegetable cooking spray 1 medium red bell pepper -- cut into strips

  3. 1 medium yellow bell pepper -- cut into strips

  4. 1 medium poblano peppers -- cut into strips

  5. 1 tablespoon sugar

  6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium

  7. 1 teaspoon gingerroot -- finely shredded

  8. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  9. 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

  10. 5 minutes or until done. Remove from skillet. Add bell pepper strips and chili pepper to hot skillet. Cook about 3 minutes or until bell peppers are slightly tender but still crisp. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredientsAdd to skillet with peppers and meat. Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes.
