  1. 1 3/4 cups cranberries

  2. 1/3 cup raisins

  3. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  4. 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  5. 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger

  6. 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

  7. 1/3 cup crushed pineapple

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, pineapple juice, ginger and orange peel. Bring to boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the cranberry skins begin to pop, stirring after 3 minutes.

  2. Add pineapple; mix well. Set aside to cool.
