  1. Whatever fruit your want, frozen or fresh, cut into slices.

  2. 2 rolls of sugar cookie dough

  3. 1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese

  4. 1 t. vanilla

  5. 1 c. sugar

  6. 2 c. pineapple juice

  7. 1-2 T. cornstarch

  1. Bake 1 giant cookie according to package.

  2. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla or sugar to taste. In small sauce pan whisk pineapple juice and cornstarch. DO NOT Heat until completely mixed. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Once sauce has thickened remove from heat. If too thick add more juice. Let sauce cool. Once cookie has cooled completely cover with cream cheese mixture. Add fruit and top with cooled pineapple sauce.
