  9. 1 Tomatoes - (28 oz)

  10. 1 Bay leaf

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cumin seeds

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Saute until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the flavors are blended. This recipe yields 4 servings.
