  1. 1 - 14oz can Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped) 1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and drained) 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1 Garlic Clove (mined) Paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a 1 quart casserole dish combine all ingredients except paprika. Mix well and sprinkle the top with the paprika. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it is brown and bubbly. Serve with whatever you have on hand.
