  1. 1 pound prawns

  2. 5 green chiles -- chopped

  3. 2 onions -- chopped

  4. 1 small bunc spring onion leaves

  5. 1 small bunc cilantro leaves

  6. 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste

  7. 2 tomatoes -- chopped

  8. 2 teaspoons chile powder

  9. 1 teaspoon turmeric

  10. 4 tablespoons oil

  11. 2 teaspoons garam masala salt to taste

  1. Preparation : Clean the prawns in salt water to avoid smell Heat oil in a pan. Add green chiles, onions and fry until brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, spring onion leaves, cilantro and fry for some more minutes. Then add tomatoes, prawns and cook until they are done. Add salt, chile powder, garam masala and fry for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
