  1. 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

  2. 1/2 cup condensed milk

  3. 1 large egg, slightly beaten

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a small bowl mix coconut flakes, condensed milk and slightly beaten egg to make a thick batter. Using a melon baller or teaspoon, scoop up balls of mixture and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 minutes or just until macaroons begin to brown. Transfer to rack and allow to cool completely before storing in airtight container. Makes around 18 kisses.
