  1. 4 Potatoes

  2. 1 Cup green peas

  3. 1 Large chopped tomato

  4. 2 Green chilies chopped

  5. 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

  6. 3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

  7. 1 cup oil

  8. Coriander leaves

  9. Salt to taste

  10. How to make Aloo Mutter:

  11. Wash potatoes and cut them into cubes.

  12. Heat the oil and add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder and green chilies. Fry it till oil is absorbed.

  13. Add potatoes and green peas and mix them well.

  14. Fry it for 5 minutes.

  15. Add 2 cups water and cover it.

  16. Cook it till water is partly absorbed.

  17. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

  18. Serve it with rotis.
