  1. Veggie Burgers

  2. 1/2 chopped onion

  3. 1/2 cup cooked green lentils

  4. 1/3 cup cooked peas

  5. 1 grated carrot

  6. 1 Tb. chopped fresh parsely

  7. 1 tsp tamari

  8. 2 cups breadcrumbs

  9. 1/4 cup flour

  10. 1 beaten egg

  11. Saute the onion until soft. Mix all ingrediants except the flour

  12. and leave to cool. Form the mixture into patties and brown in

  13. skillet.
