  1. Cockail

  2. 89

  3. 1 oz. apricot nectar or puree

  4. 2 oz. Bourbon

  5. 1 oz. cardamom

  6. 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime

  7. Mint sprigs for garnish

  8. Cardamom Syrup

  9. 1 cup water

  10. 1 cup sugar

  11. 3 tbsp. whole cardamom pods

  1. Mix all ingredients, serve over ice chilled. Garnish with mint.

  2. For Cardamom Syrup:

  3. Bring water and sugar to boil and pour over cardamom pods.

  4. Allow to cool and steep overnight. Strain out pods
