    1. Crust-- 1 1/2 c Chocolate Wafer Crumbs

    2. 4 tb Unsalted Butter -- melted

    3. Filling-- 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin

    4. 1/2 c Orange Juice

    5. 24 oz Cream Cheese -- softened

    6. 3/4 c Sugar

    7. 1 c Whipping Cream -- whipped

    8. 2 ts Grated Orange Peel

    9. 9-inch springform pan and bake at

    10. 350 for 10 minutes.

    11. Cool Soften gelatin in juice; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream and peel. Chill until firm Recipe By :
