  1. 2 lb Bay or sea scallops

  2. 1 Juice from lemon Pepper

  3. 2 ts Freshly ground white pepper

  4. 1 tb Salt

  5. 2 tb Minced garlic

  6. 2 tb Minced shallot

  7. 2 lb Mushrooms, slice

  8. 1 White onion, chopped

  9. 2 Bunches green onions chopped

  10. 3/4c Butter Oil

  11. 2 c Dry white wine

  1. + Directions : Dust scallops with flour. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high eat. Add scallops in batches and cook until lightly browned, wiping them clean after cooking each batch. Melt butter in large saute pan, add onions and cook until soft. Stir in mushrooms, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper until mushrooms are tender. add scallops, lemon juice and wine. Simmer 4 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Do not boil. Serve Hot.
